Returns & Refunds.

If it’s broken or damaged in transit we’ll replace it or give you all your money back. Please let us know within 48 hours of delivery and please do not sign for broken or damaged goods. If you’re disappointed with the goods or think a wine is corked, contact us to return it and we’ll replace it or give you your money back. All refunds will be provided as a credit to the credit card used at the time of purchase within five (5) business days upon receipt of the returned merchandise.

Please note that goods are insured up to the point of delivery. We are not insured for damaged or stolen goods after this point.
